How to Cook Delicious Crawdads/Mudbugs/Crayfish

We had a great day out at the lake catching crawdads. We used a combination of methods. We used the primitive method of diving down under water, flipping over the rocks and grabbing them. We also used a home made crawdad trap. They turned out really good. Step 1: Bring pot of water to a boil and add Johnny's Seasoning and some Old Bay Step 2: The crawdads will turn orange Step 3: Boil for about 5 to 10 minutes Step 4: Remove from heat and cool.
